We are so lucky to have these games on the Nintendo Switch. If you’re just a jrpg fan, you’ll enjoy Xenoblade Chronicles 3. The pedestrian game switch series#If you enjoy the series though, you’ll enjoy this game. That shouldn’t be a surprise since the other two (and Torna) make that list too! No, the game isn’t flawless but neither were Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 or Torna. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is one of the best jrpgs on the Nintendo Switch. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is another excellent addition to the Nintendo Switch library of jrpgs! In its cutscenes, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 could easily be mistaken for a highly quality anime production. None of the voices are overdone and the dialogue doesn’t come off as cheesy or forced. The music is epic when it needs to be and soft and sweet too. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 especially shines during its cutscenes.Īs for the game’s music and voice acting, its excellent. Its not perfect, there could be more visual variety in the NPCs and enemies, but overall, the characters and the places you visit look really good. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has great graphics. Its just a great jrpg, even its graphics and sound are really good. Though you can totally play and enjoy this game even if you’ve never played a Xenoblade game before. If you liked the other Xenoblade Chronicles games, you’ll enjoy the third one too. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is a very enjoyable game overall. The only minor complaint about the battle system is that sometimes the game’s camera can either be too close or too far away from the characters, especially when they are in enclosed areas. ![]() The addition of job classes and other new systems: like combining your characters into one and having guest characters in your group, help to keep the battle system interesting. The battle system is a lot like what was in previous Xenoblade games: you auto-attack and can choose special attacks whenever you want. There are all kinds of caves, colonies, treasures, and more to find in this game. Cross this bridge to get back onto the roof you started on. Go back into first person mode and look to the right. If you enjoy deep jrpg storylines, then you’ll find oneĪs for the gameplay, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has a massive world to explore. Go through the door and open the next door in the final panel. Sometimes, the story can overwhelm the gameplay a bit and the cutscenes can last a bit too long. Each of the main characters has their own backstory and you’ll see a lot of it in this game. It can feel a bit complicated at times, since there are a ton of flashbacks. All the while, they will be hunted and also help others to be free of the clock. These groups are brought together as one group and must journey to a mythical city in order to live longer. And then two groups of people find out that there is a bit more to their lives and the war. ![]() Each faction is a slave to a clock that must be feed by deaths and each of the people only have a limited time on the Earth.
